How to Submit An Application
This page provides an overview of the available programs for FY25 financial year available to our beneficiaries. Currently, our Member Services team is administering the MIB Charitable programs.

You can easily log into your Member Portal to apply for any of the MIB programs administered by BNTAC. This online portal allows Members to view their balances, submit applications, and check the progress of their applications at any time.
If you don't have a Member Portal login yet, please contact our Member Services Team and we'll set one up for you.
Logging In
- Go to the Member Portal
- Enter your email address and select log In.
- Check your email for a verification code and enter it into the portal. If you can't find the email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Check your mobile phone for a text message containing a second verification code and enter it when prompted. If you can't find the message, check your phone's Spam or Blocked messages folder.
- If you are asked for your Member ID and do not know it, please contact Member Services for assistance.
- Once your details have been verified, you can submit your applications.
Important Information
To log in successfully, your mobile number and email must match the details we have in our system.

Step 1 Visit the “Charitable Programs” tab under the programs section on the website.
Step 2 Click on the individual MIB program button.
Download and complete the application form on the "Charitable Programs" page.
To make sure we can process your application as quickly as possible, please be sure to fill out the form with the requested information and provide supporting evidence, such as quote or tax invoices (includes the seller’s Australian business number (ABN), what is being requested, its cost (including GST, if any) and date of issue).

Complete applications will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Priority processing will be 3 business days for food and fuel applications
