Upcoming Community Meetings

There will be three important meetings held in November at the Red Earth Arts Precinct in Karratha.

Schedule of meetings as follows:

1. Special General Meeting (In person only)

Date: Monday, 24 November 2025

Time: 8:30am for a 9:30am start

Purpose of the Meeting:

  • To review and confirm the minutes of previous meeting
  • To consider proposed amendments to the BNTAC Rulebook
  • To address other matters of general business
2. Banjima Charitable Trust (BCT) Community Meeting 
(In person and online)

Date: Tuesday, 25 November 2025

Time: 8.30am for a 9.00am start

Purpose of the Meeting:

  • To discuss the process for trustee removal
  • To consider the selection of a new trustee

3. BNTAC Annual General Meeting (AGM) (In person only)

Date: Wednesday, 26 November 2025

Time: 8:30am for a 9:30am start

Purpose of the Meeting:

  • To conduct Director elections
  • To present AGM reports
  • To address other matters of general business

Please note that, in accordance with the BNTAC Rulebook, the BNTAC meetings on Monday and Wednesday will be held in person only. Meeting notices will be issued to all members in the coming weeks. 

FAQ's

Are partners and children invited?

BNTAC Members are the only people permitted in the meeting, however, we have created a family-friendly environment with a separate activities area for children. Please note that parents are responsible for the safety and care of their children at all times.

Will there be advanced travel payments?

Unfortunately, BNTAC cannot pay expenses in advance of the meeting. BNTAC can only make payments based on attendance at the meeting and production of legitimate receipts. 

Can I appoint a proxy?

Members who cannot attend in person have the right to appoint a Proxy. If you would like to appoint a Proxy, please fill out the attached Appointment of Proxy form and return it to BNTAC 48 hours before the beginning of the meeting by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Noting:

a) A proxy vote may not be given to a person who is not a member of the Corporation.

b) A Member can only carry a proxy for maximum of 3 non-attending Members.

c) You may not appoint a proxy if you are attending the meeting.

Individual proxy forms must be completed for each meeting.
