BNTAC Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Date: Saturday, 14 November 2026
Time: 8:00am registration for a 9:00am start
Purpose of the Meeting:
- To present AGM reports
- To consider proposed amendments to the BNTAC Rule Book
- To consider membership appeal
- To address other matters of general business
FAQ's
- From central Karratha, travel to 27 Welcome Road and follow signage to the Red Earth Arts Precinct.
- The venue is conveniently located near the Karratha city centre and is easily accessible by car and taxi services.
- Enter the main precinct entrance from Welcome Road and proceed to the meeting registration area as directed by event staff.
BNTAC Members are the only people permitted in the meeting, however, we have created a family-friendly environment with a separate activities area for children. Please note that parents are responsible for the safety and care of their children at all times.
Unfortunately, BNTAC cannot pay expenses in advance of the meeting. BNTAC can only make payments based on attendance at the meeting and production of legitimate receipts.
The meeting can be attended online using a computer, tablet, or mobile device. Attendees will receive their individual logins from BNTAC a few days prior to the meeting.
