FAQ's

How to get there
All attendees should drive along Grandstone Road and enter via Gate 3. Upon arrival at Gate 3, you will see BNTAC signage and staff who will direct you to the designated parking area. From the parking area, it is a short walk to the building entrance. Childcare services will be located at the entrance for those who require them. To the right of the building entrance, you will find a set of escalators. Please take the escalators up to the meeting room, where you will be able to register and sign in before the meeting begins.
Are partners and children invited?

Banjima Common Law Holders are the only people permitted in the meeting, however, we have created a family-friendly environment with a separate activities area for children. Please note that parents are responsible for the safety and care of their children at all times.

Will there be advanced travel payments?

Unfortunately, BNTAC cannot pay expenses in advance of the meeting. BNTAC can only make payments based on attendance at the meeting and production of legitimate receipts.

Can I appoint a proxy?

Please note that proxies are not permitted for this meeting. If you cannot attend in person, you are welcome to join online.

What is the sitting fee?

Please refer to your notice packs for information regarding sitting fees.

How do I join online?

The meeting can be attended online using a computer, tablet, or mobile device. Banjima Common Law Holders will receive their individual logins from BNTAC a few days prior to the meeting.
